Engineer how families find Astral: paid ads, referrals, and the growth loops between them.As a GTM Engineer, you will own the systems that bring families to Astral: paid acquisition, our referral program, and the growth loops that connect them. You'll launch and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and whichever channel comes next, and grow the referral program that turns parents who love Astral into our best marketers. This is an engineering role on the growth side. You'll ship landing pages and experiments yourself, wire up attribution and conversion tracking end to end, and read the funnel in SQL rather than waiting on someone else's dashboard.
