The Respiratory Therapist I provides patient-centered respiratory care, assessment, treatment, and education, supporting team collaboration and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care program, active Connecticut RCP license, NBRC eligibility, with preferred BS degree. Entry-level for new grads or those with critical care experience. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
