Medical Assistants play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate, and seamless patient care. They prepare patients, support providers during clinical procedures, and manage accurate documentation in the EMR system. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($22.29-$32.83/hour), a $5,000 hiring/retention bonus, and benefits including employer-paid health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and holidays. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited medical assistant program, certification, CPR within 90 days, and proficiency in EMR systems. Bilingual skills are a plus. The role requires strong people skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
