We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities include monitor and assess patient vital signs, manage pain and nausea, and coordinate care with surgical teams. You will assist in patient recovery, provide education on post-operative care, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. The position requires strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills needed include proficiency in PACU/Pre-Post Op procedures, excellent patient assessment abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. A valid RN license and current BLS certification are required.
