In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for accurately collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and ensuring seamless registration processes.

• Greeting patients promptly and professionally via phone or online platforms
• Collecting, reviewing, and updating patient demographic and insurance information
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of registration data in the system
• Responding to patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
