Key Responsibilities Include

• Collecting and verifying patient demographic, insurance, and medical information via phone and online systems.
• Ensuring all registration data is accurate, complete, and entered into electronic health records promptly.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and assisting with registration procedures.
• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling.
