Seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include assisting with personalized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with healthcare teams, and supporting discharge planning.
Qualifications required are completion of an accredited PTA program, passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE), and FL licensure/certification. BLS/First Aid certifications are strongly recommended.
Key duties involve implementing therapy plans, enhancing patient mobility, tracking progress, and ensuring coordinated care.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail skills for effective patient support and documentation.
Work is on-site, day shifts, with compensation ranging from $1,392 to $1,435 weekly.
