This locum tenens position is for a Board-Certified MD specializing in Vascular/Interventional Radiology at a trauma hospital in New Jersey, available ASAP through December 31. The role involves inpatient care on a day shift with call coverage 1-2 weeks per month, performing light to moderate procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, port placements, GI bleed interventions, venous access, lumbar punctures, and drainages, with a caseload of 10-12 procedures daily. The clinician will work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, utilizing PS 360 for documentation. The hospital offers established interventional radiology services, supportive technology, and is located near attractions like Liberty State Park and Atlantic City.
