Role Overview: A compassionate Dental Assistant supports high-quality, patient-centered dental care alongside providers and a team of hygienists, assistants, and front office staff.

- Update patient records, perform X-rays, and record periodontal charting.
- Prepare instruments and assist during exams, including sterilization and infection control.
- Provide preventative care such as fluoride treatments and monitor nitrous oxide (WA only).
- Educate patients on oral health and assist with orthodontic procedures as needed.
- Support infection control programs and assist in various clinical tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- WA state Dental Assistant Registration or willingness to obtain.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic knowledge of dental terminology and infection control.
- Ability to perform four-handed assisting and work comfortably with diverse patient populations.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Electronic Dental Records.
