The position is based in a skilled nursing facility and involves day shifts.
Responsibilities include: Implementing restorative and maintenance therapy programs, documenting patient progress using electronic medical records, and supporting patient recovery efforts.
Qualifications: An associate degree in Physical Therapy, active Georgia PTA license, BLS certification, and preferred experience in long-term care or geriatric therapy.
