Occupational Therapist

Location: Hiawatha, IA

Role: Provides rehabilitation services to patients, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering occupational therapy interventions in a clinical setting
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years
• Current valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Key Duties: Assess patients, develop and implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and support patient recovery and independence.
