- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.
- Meet a 90% productivity standard while ensuring quality patient care.
- Adapt to various facilities and schedules with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Collaborate with a personal recruiter who manages credentialing, licensing, housing, and travel arrangements.
- Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience.
- Flexibility and effective communication skills required.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, with 32 hours guaranteed per week.
