- Bachelor's degree in an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid, unencumbered state license.
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and work environments.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for helping patients regain function and independence.
