Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Implement treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Required onboarding credentials: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
