Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and updating treatment and discharge plans, documenting services accurately and timely, supervising COTAs, collaborating with care teams and families, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications required are a graduate of an accredited OT program (MOT/OTD), active state OT license (or ability to obtain), and strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
This role involves delivering therapy to enhance patients' independence in daily living skills and working within a team environment to support patient care.
