Physical Therapist

Role Overview: Responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy services. The role involves evaluating patient conditions, setting realistic goals, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care is essential.

Qualifications And Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
• Graduated from an accredited institution
• Minimum one year of experience
• Current state license or in process
• CPR certification
