Role: Full-time Night Heart Failure Charge Nurse responsible for leading patient care within a nationally recognized, accredited heart failure program.

Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care across the continuum.

  • Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to reducing readmissions, improving symptom management, and enhancing patient quality of life.
  • Demonstrate clinical leadership, accountability, and commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure.
  • Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required.
