Role: Full-time Night Heart Failure Charge Nurse responsible for leading patient care within a nationally recognized, accredited heart failure program.
Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care across the continuum.

- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to reducing readmissions, improving symptom management, and enhancing patient quality of life.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership, accountability, and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure.
- Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required.
