Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, assessing movement, and developing personalized care plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain. Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, active Arizona licensure, and passing the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE). Two years of clinical experience and OP license are preferred. Must hold a BLS certification, SSN, DOB, and provide one work reference.
Key duties involve delivering hands-on therapy and utilizing equipment for patient rehabilitation.
