Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Stockton, CA
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy services, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and promote patient recovery and mobility. Ensure compliance with safety standards and complete necessary documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Must possess valid licensure, demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment and therapy techniques, and meet onboarding requirements including CORES certifications, color vision, OSHA safety, skills checklist, and specialty exam.
