Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and identify abnormalities
- Report significant rhythm changes promptly to nursing staff
- Maintain vigilant surveillance to ensure patient safety
- Follow workflow and safety procedures accurately
- Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a monitor tech
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize critical cardiac rhythms
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
