Role Overview

Performs pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic testing of blood and body fluids to aid in disease diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for ensuring the success of the team, either as a team member or leader, under general supervision. Performs additional duties as assigned to support laboratory operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Technician License upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years Medical Technology experience
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to perform accurate laboratory testing and maintain quality standards
