We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy to adult patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapy to promote patient independence based on their functional level
• Providing professional consultations and collaborating with healthcare teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent experience
• Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification
