Role Overview

Provides direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting cultural and personal values.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
