Role: The Psych Registered Nurse provides patient-centered, high-quality mental health care, collaborating with medical teams to assess, perform procedures, and manage ongoing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs.
• Coordinate holistic care with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery.
• Facilitate ongoing care by liaising with healthcare providers and community support systems.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year RN experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
