Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain current RN licensure and meet state requirements.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform necessary duties.
