We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to join the Operating Room team, providing comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coordinating patient care with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Training on surgical equipment, patient positioning, and documentation
• Opportunities for cross-training or advancing to scrub or First Assist roles
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year RN or OR experience preferred but not required
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, BSN)
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification (ACLS as required)
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties
