Qualifications & Skills
- Current state licensure or certification
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice
- Preferred: Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialty certifications
- Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, supporting their rehabilitation goals
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
