Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed PT with a minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics or musculoskeletal care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and palpation skills, with a passion for patient care.
- Experience with soft tissue techniques such as ART or MFR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or in small teams, with clinical confidence and self-motivation.
- Assess and treat a diverse patient population, including pediatrics to adults.
- Develop and drive treatment and rehab programs tailored to individual needs.
- Provide conservative, non-invasive care focused on symptom resolution.
- Engage in patient education and soft tissue work.
