We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, providing quality nursing care to patients in a multidisciplinary environment.

As a key team member, the LPN will monitor and report patient condition changes,

assign duties, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

Requirements include

• graduation from an accredited LPN program
• current licensure in the applicable state
