Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in accordance with company policies and regional directives.
- Support agency growth in home care services.
- Serve as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.
- Investigate client complaints and ensure quality care through regular home visits.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff.
- Evaluate programs for continuous improvement.
- Ensure staff compliance with federal and state regulations through policy enforcement.
- Supervise clinical staff, conduct annual evaluations, and oversee case management to ensure financial viability.
- Manage caseloads as needed for client coverage.
- Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist licensure in the practice state.
- Associates degree required; 3+ years RN experience preferred, especially in home health or hospice.
- Knowledge of Medicare Skilled Nursing and OASIS is a plus.
- Active CPR certification.
