- Documenting evaluations, treatment plans, and progress updates.
- Providing leadership and guidance to support staff and promoting professional growth.
- Adhering to safety, infection control, and organizational policies.
- Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least one year of relevant experience as a physical therapy aide or therapist.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and independently make decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development.
- Knowledge of patient care standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility, integrity, and a patient-centered approach.
