Role: Psych Registered Nurse in the West Unit, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered, documenting care accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs to ensure exceptional care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Serve as an advocate for patients and coordinate ongoing care with community support systems.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN or enrolled in an advanced nursing program with a plan to obtain a BSN within five years.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification; national certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience.
