This role involves leading nursing operations to ensure quality patient care, safety, and hospital efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing patient flow during admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and responding to emergencies. The supervisor collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, resolves conflicts, participates in quality initiatives, and oversees emergency preparedness.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of recent RN House Supervisor experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC.
