We are seeking a Travel RN - Emergency Department to join a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities include: providing individualized, high-quality patient care by applying evidence-based nursing practices, coordinating care through effective communication, and partnering with patients and families to meet their needs. The role involves performing the full nursing process, promoting safety and care standards, and participating in interdisciplinary teamwork, performance improvement, and research activities.

Qualifications: active RN license, current BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications. Preferred candidates have previous travel experience and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Skills and Attributes: excellent critical thinking, communication, collaboration, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing learning. The role requires flexibility to work night shifts, with scheduled hours and unit-level planning.

Additional duties: serve as preceptor, support evidence-based practice, and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
