We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting.

The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy plans to help diverse patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Qualifications Include

• Graduate from an accredited speech therapy program (MS or MA)
• ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• State licensure in good standing
• Preferably 1+ year of experience; new grads are welcome
• CPR certification required
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop functional goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Document therapy progress accurately and timely
• Participate in community health projects and adhere to facility policies
• Provide excellent patient care, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
• Supervise and evaluate CFY students (if applicable)
