Role Overview: Provides direct nursing care in acute care hospitals within the Emergency Department, following established policies and protocols. Responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, and documenting patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and managing patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Requires at least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. Certifications include BLS and Advanced Life Support within specified timeframes; Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
