We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

- Delivering individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Monitoring and documenting patient status, including vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab results.
- Communicating patient observations and changes to healthcare providers.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
- Administering and documenting medications per policy.
- Using specialized equipment for data collection and orienting patients and families to routines.
- Performing additional patient care duties as assigned.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
- At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training, such as residency programs or transition programs.
- Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.
