Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state and hospital policies, employ critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor patient progress, document observations, delegate tasks, and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications: Must have a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing is preferred; if only an Associate Degree is held, a Bachelor’s must be obtained within five years.
Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards.
Key Duties: Deliver quality patient care, monitor patient progress, recognize and respond to changes, and record observations accurately.
