Role Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others.

Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality.

Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Holds a current RN license valid in the state or via compact licensure.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association or completes certification within 30 days.
• May require additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or unit-specific credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling.
