Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, coordinate care, and ensure individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based standards and organizational policies.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and partner with patients and families using effective communication methods. Promote teamwork through timely documentation, collaboration, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and maintaining competency standards. Advocate for evidence-based practice, contribute to research, and assist in protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), active RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Less than one year of clinical experience is preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological proficiency. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and uphold legal and ethical standards is essential.
