- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional competencies, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research.
- Develop protocols, participate in data collection, and support resource-efficient care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
