Speech Pathologist Role Overview

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy techniques as needed based on patient progress.
• Documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
• Supporting patients' victories and milestones throughout their recovery.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Current licensure or certification according to state regulations.
• Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or obtaining it within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience accepted.
