We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
• Assigning duties and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current valid license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current
