Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical unit

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based inpatient nursing care
• Manage complex patient conditions and administer medications
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status
• Educate patients and families about care plans
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and support safe discharges
