Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, monitor and report changes in patient condition, assign duties, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited LPN program, hold an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state, with preferred skilled nursing experience. CPR certification is required and must remain current.
Skills & Requirements: Ability to make independent decisions when necessary, deliver competent nursing care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards patients.
