Role Overview: Responsible for delivering comprehensive acute care to Med/Surg patients with continuous telemetry monitoring, administering specialized cardiac medications, and executing personalized care plans to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cardiac rhythm changes by interpreting telemetry data and responding promptly.
• Administer medications safely, monitor patient responses, and maintain cardiovascular stability.
• Perform clinical assessments, carry out physician orders, and support post-acute recovery.
• Coordinate care seamlessly with cardiologists, hospitalists, and discharge planners.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, medication management, and warning signs to prevent readmissions.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.
