Role: Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities: Participate in care planning, provide professional nursing services per the plan of care, promote positive outcomes through collaboration, accurately document services, demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, and maintain personal accountability for work and professional growth.
Qualifications: Completion of nursing education from an approved school, current RN licensure in the state, at least one year of clinical experience in acute or long-term care, with home health experience preferred. Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles, excellent clinical skills, and familiarity with medical record standards are required.
Skills: Effective communication, computer literacy, problem-solving, critical thinking, reasoning skills, and CPR certification.
