We are seeking a Human Services Professional - Specialized to provide skill-building, psychoeducation, and supportive services to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities.

- Delivering individual and family psychoeducation and skill development services
- Supporting clients with daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement skills
- Collaborating with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
- Applying evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
- Completing accurate documentation and maintaining client records
- Participating in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development
- Providing flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field such as Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or Special Education
- Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges is preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community
- A passion for helping individuals and families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
