Role: Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on rehabilitative care under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical outcomes
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered goals
• Contribute to a clinical environment focused on excellence and compassion

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation setting
