Role: Nurse – Operating Room Float Pool

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert perioperative care across multiple operating rooms, circulating and scrubbing as needed.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care from pre-op through recovery handoff.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and uphold quality and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure with relevant perioperative experience.
• Ability to float among surgical specialties and adapt to various OR environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
